A Company Is a Work of Art — Why I Build Our Websites Myself

A confession: every website in our group — the holding company's, each subsidiary's, and this very series page — I built with my own hands. "Is that a chairman's job?" I've been asked. My answer is firm: this is precisely the chairman's job. Because to me, the company is a work of art.

Business structure, corporate design, philosophy, website — all should flow from one idea. Outsourcing produces something polished, but the idea gets diluted. Building it myself keeps the idea intact — and sharpens my grasp of every detail of the business. In the AI era, even a non- engineer like me can build.
