A Brand is a Promise
The third article of our manifesto states our position on brand: "A brand is a promise. We do not build brands to sell products. A brand is when people see our name and feel: here, I am safe; here, I can trust. That is our brand." The world often treats "brand" as logos, packaging, advertising.
But polish the garments all you like — if the substance breaks its promise, the brand collapses overnight. A name that keeps its promises grows strong on zero ad spend.
So in our company, brand work belongs not only to designers: whoever selects raw materials, stands on the line, inspects, packs, answers inquiries — everyone touching the promise is building the brand. You, too, have a brand: what people feel they can expect upon hearing your name — built not from titles but from promises kept.
What promise is your name?
What do you work for?
